Who we are
NAVIGATE (navigategtm.com) is an AI-powered GTM and revenue growth agency. For anything about this policy or your data, email hello@navigategtm.com.
What we collect
- What you send through our contact form: your name, work email, company website, budget range, the services you're interested in and your message.
- Emails you send us and our replies.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to prevent form spam and is not stored. Our hosting keeps standard server logs for security.
- Advertising cookies, only if you accept them: if you click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Ads sets cookies that tell us whether a visit from one of our ads led to an enquiry. If you decline, these cookies are not set.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare for a call you've asked for.
- To provide our services if you become a client.
- To measure which of our ads lead to enquiries, if you've accepted advertising cookies.
We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Legal basis
Under the UK and EU GDPR we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, on contract when you become a client, and on your consent for advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies and choosing again.
Who we share it with
- Our email provider (Namecheap Private Email), which delivers and stores our email.
- Our hosting provider, which runs this website.
- Google, for ad measurement, only if you accept advertising cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, they use safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email hello@navigategtm.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
